Information for Parents
Where are parents looking for information?
There is a plethora of information for new parents on the internet. While it may be some time since we had children at home the memories can still often be quite vivid and the lessons we learned still fresh. However, many young mums and dads prefer to consult the web rather than talking to their own parents. Try not to be too offended. Remember they now have children who, in the future, will also dismiss their wise and well meant words!
So to keep you up-to-date with what information the Parents are seeking, I have listed below is just a small sample of the websites for Australian parents.
Note; the websites listed are not recommendations but links to assist you in understanding the knowledge source for the ‘modern’ parent. Some sites require you to become a member.
Mothers Inc – an online magazine for mums
