Now They are Six

Loving to learn and keen to be independent, your grandchild might be riding a bike or scooter. Their ball skills are improving and they can tie shoelaces. Maybe they are reading independently.  Now they are at school and learning to make friends and socialise. Toys and games for six to eight year olds.

Seven and Eight years old

You can have great fun with this age group and they want more ‘grown up’ conversations and might not appreciate being excluded.  They want to learn everything.  Catch them while you can.  Many have developed strong friendships at school and aware that other families live differently to their own. They have best friends and they can influenced by peers.  They may be reading and enjoy certain authors or book genres.  Rules are important. Deliver what you promise.
