Playing inside can be fun – from tots to young teens
Some times kids don’t want to play outside. Long winter days, raining summer days or just not up to playing alone. Here are some indoor games and activities for kids to fill in those long hours indoors.
- Board games – monopoly, chess, draughts, snakes and ladders

- Cooking with grandma
- Making cubby houses
- Teach them to sew or knit
- Crafts of all sorts – scrapbooking, painting, jewellery making
- Make your own play dough or buy some that’s a little different
